Core IT offers complete IT project services which can be classified into three product groupings:
Hardware and Software: our partners include well recognized premier equipment manufacturers and software developers like IBM, Cisco, HP, Microsoft and VMware plus "best of breed" products from suppliers including Nimble Storage, Nexsan, Talari Networks, SonicWall and ESET.
Managed and Hosted Services: acting as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Core IT offers a suite of services to clients for a fixed monthly fee or usage based billing; hosted email, web collaboration, anti-virus anti spam service, data back-up and recovery, equipment collocation, wireless LAN and a variety of high-speed Internet broadband services.
Technical Support: the heritage and foundation of Core IT is techncial support. Our Professional Services team provides complete IT infrastructure services; requirements analysis and design, onsite and remote network management support including 24/7 "Live" Helpdesk, implementation and ongoing operations assistance.
